From here, we solely concentrate on supporting the ground improvement
sector. There is an ever growing market due to the shear amount of land
being reclaimed worldwide and the need to treat it cost effectively before
additional construction takes place. In addition, stone columns are an
excellent alternative to traditional piling, due to the speed and relatively
low construction costs involved.
Our complete range of Vibroflots are designed and constructed in modular
form. They all use common eccentric assemblies and are unique in the fact
that the design gives the end user, the luxury to be able to simply change
the prime mover from electric to hydraulic or vice versa, very easily. Apart
from initially saving huge investment costs, it puts the end user in a perfect
position to offer solutions to cover any jobsite condition or requirement.
Used as an attachment, they can be mounted on to the mast or leader of
any suitable piling rig and when incorporating an existing pull down / crowd
winch, a complete and effective bottom feed system is obtained with
minimum outlay. In addition our range can be simply suspended from a
crane or even mounted onto a suitable excavator. For compaction, they
can be used as a single unit or as a tandem.
Our hydraulic range of Vibroflots are designed to simply couple up to power
packs that are in common usage throughout the foundation industry. Many
companies are already using top vibrators, like the ICE 815C for example,
for driving casings. So with a small adaptation, the same power pack can
be used with our Vibroflots, thus making the operation very cost effective.
At the end of 2009 we joined forces with the Dieseko Group of Holland,
better known for their ICE & PVE Vibro Hammers. Combining their vast
knowledge and experience with vibratory equipment, their worldwide
